Narayanan Jayaraman is Professor and Area Coordinator for Finance in the College of Management at Georgia Institute of Technology. His Financial expertise spans internationally in the area of Corporate Finance. He also has a courtesy faculty appointment in the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering. Dr. Jayaraman received his Ph. D. from the Katz Graduate School of Business of the University of Pittsburgh.
He has won several teaching awards including Institute Junior Faculty Teaching Excellence award, Roe Stamps, IV Excellence-in-Teaching award, Lilly Teaching Fellowship award, and the Core Professor of the year award in the MBA program. Dr. Jayaraman has also been recognized for outstanding teaching in the BusinessWeek Guide to Best Business Schools. He has taught in several executive education programs. He has also served as a consultant for several organizations.

Jennifer Lynn Hughes is Associate professor of psychology at Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Hughes’ research specialty is in commuting to and from work, dual-career couples, automobile accidents and work-family issues. Hughes has written journal articles on the psychological effects of motor vehicle accidents. She also has written articles about dual-career couples.
In addition to her own research she enjoys conducting research with students. In the past nine years, she has worked with 76 students conducting research projects, which resulted in 12 student publications in research journals, 53 presentations at national conferences, and 76 presentations at Agnes Scott's annual research conference.

David Alexander Schulman, M.D., M.P.H. is Director of the Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program and Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Emory University Hospital. In 2001 he joined the Emory faculty and since that time he has directed the Sleep Program within the Division and has taken an active role in fellow training. Dr. Schulman is currently an Assistant Professor of Medicine, with a focus on clinical activities. His outpatient practice, located at the Emory Clinic, focuses on patients with sleep pathology, including sleep-disordered breathing, narcolepsy and restless legs syndrome.
Dr. Schulman attended medical school at Johns Hopkins, and thereafter trained in Internal Medicine at the University of Rochester. After completing a fellowship in Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at Boston University and obtaining Board Certification in all three fields. He joined Emory University.

Dennis Nagao, Associate Professor Organizational Behavior at Georgia Institute of Technology is an expert in work and life behaviors. His research expertise includes group performance and effectiveness, behavioral factors affecting information technology acceptance and use, behavioral decision theory, and computer mediated group performance.
Professor Nagao's research has appeared in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Personality, and Social Psychology among others. Currently, Dr. Nagao is researching decision making in sunk cost situations, computerized interviewing, and factors affecting group performance effectiveness. Dr. Nagao holds his PhD from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Helen M. DeVries, Psy.D. is Program Director and Professor of Psychology at Wheaton College and has served on the faculty since 1994. Her extensive research on Adaptation to the "empty nest" makes her one of the nation’s experts on Aging and late life transitions. Her research extends to adult development and aging issues. Dr. DeVries’ research focuses on understanding how these transitions and events impact individual development. Through her study methods, she hopes to better understand how individuals negotiate the many transitions of mid and late life. Dr. DeVries is working toward developing psychoeducational interventions to foster resiliency and positive outcome in older adults. She also works with a local community agency to help them expand their services to older adults.
Prior to her position with Wheaton College she was a Postdoctoral Fellow in Neuropsychology, Medical College of Virginia, Postdoctoral Fellow, NIMH Postdoctoral Fellow in Geropsychology, Stanford University School of Medicine, Ph.D. Counseling Psychology, Virginia Commonwealth University.
